Don't Buy A Bissell Vacum?
QUESTION: I intend to buy a Bissell Vacum . So I need some advices .Anyone can tell me
some experiences ? Thank for your help
ANSWER: You don't Buy A Bissell Vacum!!!!
I purchased a Bissell Bagless Vacum cleaner in the fall of this year. I
sustained carpet damage in 3 seperate rooms along with the laminate flooring
off my kitchen. The damage was done while the vacuum was in an upright
position and the hose was in use. When the vacuum moved forward the brushes
actually burned my carpet.
I contacted Bissell and they offered to take a look at the vacuum. The
report that they gave me was that the brush on the underside of the vacuum
was burned and melted but it was not due to a malfunction therefore they are
not liable.....
Now, is this the biggest bunch of crap that you have ever heard in your
life. Meanwhile, I have carpet in four rooms of my new home that show
otherwise......
They have NOT heard the last from me.
