Nutone ,Beam ,Vacuflo ..central vacuum cleaner-which one to buy
QUESTION: Does anyone have any recommendation for a central vacuum cleaner?
Beam prides theiri product that there are "self cleaning filters", no
bucket etc.
Vacuflo has a filtered cyclonic action, with no cloth baags or filters?
which brand is "the best" - how about Nutone?
ANSWER: I'm happy with my Hoover. I just empty the bucket a couple of times
a year and wash the filter. If the filter gets real bad I replace it
for about $25.
I have a Electrolux, I have 2 foam filters that I rotate out every 2
months. The filter is washable and takes about 10 min to get clean.
My central vac is about 9 yrs old and I haven't had a problem.
