QUESTION: Who makes the quietest upright beater-bar vac?
I have heard that Sharp makes a quiet upright, which makes sense, 'cause
I own a canister vac of theirs that is quieter than any other. Japan is
big on not disturbing the neighbors, with the density of their cities. :)
What are the model #'s and prices of Sharp uprights these days?
Does anybody have a Consumer Reports with rankings on quietness?
ANSWER: We bought an EC-12TWT9. They have a variety of models. They
vary in features and power. Some have onboard tools and some
don't.
