QUESTION: Does anyone else hate changing the vacuum belt as much as I do? Or
cleaning off the beater bar, then reinstalling it? it just took me
half an hour to wrestle that d*mn thing back on.
ANSWER: DH just notified me not to use our vacuum cleaner until we get a new belt on
it. Luckily we have an old electrolux in great shape our neighbors gave us.
I save it for the new carpets and use the old vacuum for the old carpet (my
bedroom).
Well maybe I really am OCD and don't know it. I have this thing about the
dog hair and smell of old vacuum. So I use the Electrolux that was my
retired neighbors for the new carpets and the old one for like the garage
where we have indoor/outdoor carpet and my room that has 17 year old carpet.
I suck up the dog hair on the laminate flooring with the old upright.
No it is stupid, maybe after the dog is gone (she's 12-1/2 now) and my
carpet is replaced...... but then I still have the garage!
